How Two and a Half Men with Ashton Kutcher compares to the originial

Charlie Sheen was Two and a Half Men. He was the star of the show and the main attraction. He made it work. It came natural to him, probably because it was a character so much like the man himself. Women love a bad boy. The other actors on the show are good, but they were only the supporting actors. Not Ashton Kutcher, or anyone else can take his place, no matter how good they are. It is understandable why they chose to fire Charlie Sheen from the show. It's really sad that he has become mentally ill or hooked on drugs the way he has. He has always been a brilliant actor, and if his acting career ends like this, it is a tragedy. They should have just canceled the show. They could have easily written a new show to take it's place, without killing Charlie Harper. There has been a lot of highly successful shows that were off-shoots of other shows. Alan is whiny, and must be a terrible chiropractor to be unable to make any money. It seems like this character is weak and needs to cling to other people, somewhat like a leach. Jake was funny as a young boy, but the writers have failed to develop his character. Berta still has Alan and Jake to make fun of, but she isn't quite as funny without Charlie. Every good story needs a wicked witch, and Evelyn fills that role nicely. She is a self-centered, rich tramp, that was a horrible mother. She is necessary to show why her boys are so messed up. Rose is a sweet, funny character. She was so in love with Charlie, so obsessed with him, for so long, there's no way that she would get over him. There's no longer any real reason to have her on the show. The new character, Walden Schmidt, is a childish crybaby. He acts like he still needs his mommy. His character is unbelievable in this day and age. I know 12 year old boys that are more grown-up, and less innocent. Where was he raised, in Tibet by Buddhist monks? He is nice looking, so he attracts some of Charlie's old bimbos. Of course, a lot of women would go after anyone with a billion dollars. They wouldn't care if he was 90, and in a wheel chair. His ex said he needs to grow up. He will have to grow a lot to fill Charlie's shoes.
